The services of M-Module Architectes are manifested in three forms:
The traditional architect mandate, including all services. Design, execution coordination, work management, cost control, compliance with deadlines, commissioning and final accounting.
General planning including the direction and coordination of other agents such as the civil engineer, CVSE engineers, interior designers, physicist, acoustician.
The partial mandate allowing one or more partial services to be entrusted: Needs analysis, feasibility studies, master or development plans, overall concepts, real estate estimates, execution planning, work management.
